Our Beautiful Location

Nestled at the 79 MM on Lake of the Ozarks, our RV Park offers stunning views and easy access to the lake. Enjoy the serene atmosphere at the mouth of the Cole Camp Creek arm, perfect for a relaxing with family and friends.   We have cabin rentals for the perfect weekend or weekly getaway.  We also offer boat slip rentals, nightly, weekly, monthly, seasonally or yearly - keeps from having to launch your boat every time you want to enjoy the beautiful lake!!!!

    NIGHTLY FEE -- $50.00


    YEARLY FEE – Lots 1 - 40 -- $2,134.50

    YEARLY FEES - Lots 41 – 45 -- $2,401.31


    SEASONAL FEE (6 MONTHS) – Lots 1 - 40 -- $1,280.70

    SEASONAL FEE (6 MONTHS) – Lots 41 – 45 -- $1,440.79


    MONTHLY FEE -- $533.63

      

    These fees include tax. A contract must be signed for all rentals except for daily use.

    Yearly and seasonal fees DO NOT include electrical or sewer.

    Renters are responsible for all insurance on their campers and personal items.

    Kolb’s LakeSide Resort is not responsible.

    BOAT SLIP FEES

      

    LAUNCH FEE - $5.00

    NIGHTLY FEE - $20.00


    WEEKLY FEE – NO LIFT -- $60.00

    WEEKLY FEE – WITH OUR LIFT -- $120.00


    MONTHLY FEE – NO LIFT -- $175.00

    MONTHLY FEE – WITH OUR LIFT -- $325.00


    SEASONAL (6 MONTHS) FEE – NO LIFT -- $550.00

    SEASONAL (6 MONTHS) FEE – WITH OUR LIFT -- $1,050.00


    YEARLY FEE – NO LIFT -- $750.00

    YEARLY FEE – YOUR LIFT -- $750.00

    YEARLY FEE – WITH OUR LIFT -- $1,250.00

      

    These fees do not include tax. A contract must be signed for all rentals except for daily use.

    Kolb’s LakeSide Resort is not responsible.

    CABIN RENTALS

      

    Cabins are $100 a night.  


    There is no smoking allowed in the cabins, nor are pets allowed. 

    If smoking occurs or a pet is allowed in during your stay - a $250 CLEANING FEE shall be charged to the credit card on file.

      

    A weekly rate is 7 nights for the price of 6 nights.


    These prices do not include tax and there is a cash discount. A credit card is required to reserve a cabin. The credit card will be kept open until after checkout.


    With the rental of a cabin - launching your boat is free and it comes with one free boat slip. Sheets, pillows, blankets and towels are provided. Please leave all towels in cabins – do not take them out on the lake or down to the beach area.


    Renters are responsible for the removal of trash from the cabins, a dumpster is provided by the boat ramp for this trash. If trash is left in the cabins, a $15.00 trash removal fee will be charged to the credit card on file.


    If you have forgotten any personal items, Lakeway Quick Shop is about 3 miles from here on Highway H. Bill or Debbie would be happy to help you.
